Our Mission

Our mission is to provide  engineering students and enthusiasts an enabling  environment to acquire the necessary practical engineering skills effectively. We also help them secure employment and other STEM opportunities by training them with hands-on engineering skills through the application of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (S.T.E.M) principles

Our vision

Our vision is to become the best innovative company that provides extensive hands-on engineering skills, hands-on STEM Education  and rapid prototyping of ideas to engineering students and enthusiasts across the Africa continent

OUR VALUES

Engineering students with the population of over 13000 students in Ghana are unable to receive hands-on engineering skills by the time they graduate from school. Students are taught Science, Technology, Engineering and Math principles but are unable to apply them practically for in depth understanding. About 65 percent of students who are visual-spatial who learn better through visual imagery and real applications are mostly affected. The internship programs that could help them learn the skills also lacks adequate time. The lack of these skills and hands-on STEM Education has contributed to the increased unemployment rate in Ghana and most part of the world. This is very important because It has awfully killed the interest of most students to pursue careers in Engineering and has hindered them from a lot of STEM opportunities.

Practical skills training

This imparts multi skill set and hands –on industry experience to students through their final year projects to make them ready for any employment opportunities in their career.
